Miss Emily Bordner of EB Leatherworks and I have collaborated on a new clutch design for this fall! If you’re a Kansas City local, I’m sure you’ve seen plenty of her work around local stores and boutiques ranging from RAYGUN, Urban Provisions, Made in KC, Hand & Land, and more.
Emily had a previous “KC” design on some of her leather work prior, but recently had been looking for something new and different. So she came to me, I hand-lettered some options, we narrowed it down to our favorites and selected a winner! Then, with my hand-lettered design, she then transformed it into a stamp to apply to each clutch. It’s a petite, wristlet design at 4″ x 7″, made of local blue suede, and finished with a brass YKK zipper. Perfect for holding a number of things like cash (duh), earphones, chap stick, flash drives, sunglasses, pens, pencils, and all the other random, weird things us girls put in our bags!
These clutches will be available for purchase at the upcoming 2016 Westport Art Fair on September 9-11, with a number of other products of Emily’s at her booth!
